Couldn't even start to use, I give up
I signed up and opted not to get a scale..my manual one is fine. I sent two small packages and wanted to order more postage. I tried two credit cards and it would not authorize either of them. One is a debit card and the other my credit card which always is paid off every two weeks. There was no reason for them not to work. So I couldn't add more postage, it just kept giving me errors. Also it said my welcome package should have arrived last week, but there is not even a tracking number available on my account for it. I give up, they obviously don't want my business and it is too expensive anyways. I used to use it when it was $9.99 a month but $15.99 is a bit high. They need more price tiers based on volume - you know like online storage accounts or something. Now I just have to go through the inconvenience of trying to call (I hate calling places) during my lunch hour. If I talk to India I will scream.
