I purchased the 56" DLP thru SNBC. I also purchased the warranty and after 3 months of use the lamp goes out. Then I find out that the lamp is not covered under the warranty. It cost nearly $400 to replace the lamp and 3 months to receive it. Four... Read More »

I purchased a Vivitek TV from HSN.com. Our TV was supposed to be delivered before the SuperBowl 2007 and it was received late February 2007.
It took 6 requests to receive the rebate 6 months later from Vivitek.
