This company also goes by ink4ever.com. Makes me wonder if they have changed their name due to complaints. I ordered the correct ink for my printer. To start off when the package arrived we had to pay additional shipping above what was paid at the time of the order because the company did not put proper postage on the package. Then the ink did not even work with our printer. We called and complained - they are supposed to be sending us a box to return the ink in and refund our money but are refusing to refund the postage (so as far as I am concerned they are not doing a complete refund) on top of that they then "accidentally" charged my account another $18 and conveniently lost all that info on that transaction in order for my bank to reverse the transaction. I really only wanted to give this a 1/2 star rating but it wouldn't let me go that low. Who knows if we will ever see a refund of the $50 that we spent on ink or the additional $18 that they are claiming they accidentally charged? How do you accidentally put in a credit card number and customer info and charge them? This company is a huge hassel to deal with.
