I have paid for a total of six months of service from eHarmony, in two separate 3 month transactions. I took a lot of time to make my profile, posted lots of photos, and logged in regularly to review my matches. I initiated contact with dozens of women, and over the course of six months only one moved from step 1 of communication to step 2. When I e-mailed support after my 6 months was up, they suggested trying the "nudge" feature to re-establish contact with these women. I inquired as to what incentive would I have to renew after 6 months of complete failure, their response dodged the question and ignored my request for a refund. Their commercials make it seem like a dream come true, but in reality their service was a complete let down.
