This joker Jeffrey will take your money and run a report you can run yourself for ten bucks. YCS is a total scam. He talks a big game about how he uses investigators, etc. It's all a lie -- in fact, I think the guy is a compulsive liar. The worst part is that he gets nasty after he has your money and hangs up on you. Do not get involved with them, period.
