PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW CAREFULLY

Many internet-based business opportunities are available that represent real value from companies that adhere to a strong sense of ethics and legal compliance. Xoodlz may or may not be one of them.

This review is written based on “their published” information and is offered in the best interest of the consumer. Be aware and do your own homework.
Let’s begin:

The http://www.xoodlz.com website is an informational and recruiting website. It does not offer much in terms of details that would allow for a prospective buyer to make a sound decision. This is common with many biz-ops… sell the hype and don’t offer any real substance.

On the “About Us” page: http://www.xoodlz.com/about.htm all we see is some simple text without really telling us anything at all. It is so easy for Internet-based and MLM companies to hide behind the impersonal internet. Who are they? What is their background? Have they done this type of business before and when? Tell us about the team members? Who will help me if I join and need help? Come on guys… come out from the shadows and tell us what WE NEED … not just the skeletal information you want to offer.

One of the pages on this website is: http://www.xoodlz.com/fundraiser.htm. This is another example of a for profit company trying to take advantage of the charity marketplace. California law requires charities and commercial fundraisers to register with the Attorney General's Office and to file financial disclosure reports. The law is known as the “Nonprofit Integrity Act of 2004” and can be found at http://ag.ca.gov/charities . Most business opportunity companies offer this “market” to their members as a recruitment inducement, but almost never comply with the law and consequently the deserving charities and the home-based business opportunity seeker loose out.

Another real interesting page on this website that does not have a clear link to it is the page that seems to indicate that Xoodlz is setting up a large “Founder” program. This entire page talks about founders and affiliates. What they are most likely really talking about is network marketing also known as multi-level marketing. Calling it “affiliate marketing” does not change what it is or how the law looks at it. If they have the courage, they will leave the page up as it is. If they don’t, I will post it in its entirety. IT SEEMS TO BE MLM and the BBB can share with you their opinion of MLM. Go look at http://www.xoodlz.com/news_3_29_07.htm

The http://www.xoodlz.biz website starts to offer some meat and potatoes and gives us a little more to look at. It has links to a number of other company websites. By the way, even though the company just recently launched… certain parts of the website are still under construction.

One of the links from the www.xoodlz.biz website is http://www.xoodlzviptravelclub.com . Let me be straight and to the point… this website is currently in violation of a number of state laws and the company has either chosen to ignore these laws or is not aware of them. However, we think the first choice is the most obvious. In California any company that sells, promotes, markets, etc…. travel, must register with the State Attorney General’s office. Once registered, they must post certain language on their travel website. This posting IS NOT on Xoodlz’s travel website. In fact there are a number of other States that require what is called “Seller of Travel” registration and the Xoodlz website does not seem to reflect compliance with any of them.

Failure to comply with these laws is both a civil and potentially a criminal violation with some of the states. For California, go look at: http://caag.state.ca.us/travel and
http://ag.ca.gov/travel/statute.php RIGHT NOW IT SEEMS THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW.

Another link from http://www.xoodlz.biz is http://www.xoomart.com . Here you get to supposedly by products at or below wholesale for an annual fee of $39.95. This fee is waived right now as part of a promotion just until 12/31/2007. If you take a look at the “Specials” or “Products” and do a quick price comparison check against the same products found on eBay… you might want to save your $39.95. We found some prices to be lower, some to be the same and other to be within 10 to 15 cents higher. Buyer beware! Where is the value in spending money to save money if there is NO SAVINGS?

The website says:

Announcing “FREE SHOPPING”

From now until 12/31/07, shop on XooMart without paying the annual fee ($39.95). Take advantage of the great prices on the entire XooMart inventory during our Grand Opening.

But help me if you can… where do you even sign up for it?

In closing, the BBB is a great organization at alerting consumers about problem companies after the complaints start coming in. In this case, you have a chance to do your homework ahead of time and not end up as a potential statistic.

Wish you the best…..

HERE IS WHAT SEEMS TO BE A MLM / NETWORK MARKETING "FOUNDER" Recruitment page that we reference above: It is or was located at: http://www.xoodlz.com/news_3_29_07.htm

------------------------

Now is the time!

Begin building the Xoodlz Community!

I am pleased to announce the beginning of the initial Xoodlz Elite Founder Campaign.

We are looking to identify up to 50 “Charter” Elite Founder Candidates to form our initial recruitment and sales leadership team. Of the 50 candidates, our goal is to develop a team of 20 Elite Founders to provide the initial field leadership in the formation of the Xoodlz Community.

The purpose of recruiting an Elite Founder team is to establish a strong foundation of knowledgeable, motivated “can-do” individuals to fuel the company’s initial launch and accelerate the initial recruiting burst. Because the individuals who qualify possess these attributes, they will be able to support their recruits in a manner which enables them to get off to a fast start, build and sustain the growth of their organizations.

Elite Founder Candidates must possess the following characteristics:

A strong understanding and belief in the Xoodlz business opportunity.
Strong centers of influence.
The desire and ability to effectively recruit, train and motivate large numbers of people into the Xoodlz community.
The ability to conduct mass promotions.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
A commitment to contributing to the success of others.
The desire and drive to build exceptional earnings ($250K/year and more).

Initially, Xoodlz will seek 50 Elite Charter Founder “Candidates”, with a goal of no fewer than 20 “qualified” Elite Founders at the end of the initial vesting period, which will be from April 20, 2007 through July 31, 2007.

Appointment as an Elite Founder Candidate is made with the approval of the company’s chief executive or his designee. Once appointed, candidates have 90 days to vest their positions as Elite Founders. The company will host a reception for Founder “Candidates” on Saturday, April 21, 2007 to formally present the company’s business plan, compensation system and Founder’s strategy. Detailed information will be forthcoming for the reception.

Individuals may apply for a position in the Elite Founders program by submitting a brief application describing their backgrounds, accomplishments and aspirations. The applications will be provided by the company.

Fully-Vested Elite Founders will:

Earn a monthly share of the company’s adjusted gross profit pool for each month they remain Active and qualified within the guidelines of the Elite Founders Program. The monthly-earned shares will be paid every six (6) months.
Be eligible to participate in a luxury automobile lease program.
Receive recognition in company newsletters and publications, as an Elite Founder.
Receive recognition at all company-sponsored events as an Elite Founder.
Be eligible to purchase special company stationery and business cards, noting their status as an Elite Founder.
Be authorized to utilize the Elite Founder title when promoting their business.
Be eligible to receive leads from company-sponsored advertising, events and promotions, to sponsor into their immediate organizations.

Those who wish to excel at building their own Xoodlz enterprise and put forth an extraordinary effort to do so are encouraged to apply.

I look forward to seeing you at the private reception in late April.

Sincerely,

Lew Steward
