I purchased an Exceed 2.4ghz transmitter system from XHeli.com and it doesn't work. The box had been previously opened. They told me I have to pay to ship it back to them. I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you can. Like others have stated, if you receive a defective or broken item, you have to PAY to ship it back to them AND they will charge you a 15% restocking fee even though the item was defective in the first place. Basically they profit by selling broken items. Why would they care? The customer service is non-existent. They do not answer the telephone and they do not answer e-mail. If you receive a defective item from them, you will lose any way you look at it.
