Avoid this company unless you're a sadist

I spent more than $900 on a gas fireplace kit. After three service calls from my installer, we realized it had a defective valve. Did Woodland Direct give a damn? Hell no. All they wanted was the stupid serial number. No word on when they would supply a new one. And my contractor is nearly finished with the job. I'll never deal with this company again.
