Another Hawaii guy again! My wife and family are having the same experiences as some of the other reviews that we have been reading. This is terrible! The one good thing: We waited, we didn't answer right away, so they went down on the price that it cost for their services. That was a blessing! Still, how can we get our money back? It's not like we have money to throw away. That is why we went with them in the first place! Can, somebody tell us what we should do now! Braddah Aloha, are you getting some guidance?
