Terrible customer service. My phone worked half the time. Even their techs heard the problems I was having with my service on my voicemails. I changed ISP, modems, routers and still the same. I eventually got another VOIP service from Charter. No problems at all. I wanted to cancel my voip.com and they want me to pay them $40 to cancel my service that doesn't even work right!?! I fought with them plenty but they would not budge. Their sticking it to me. Don't ever use this company. Bad service and even WORSE customer service. Oh and by the way if you call and complain everyone you talk to is apparently a "manager" so you can't escalate a call. What a crock. Thieves!
