After months of trying to solve dialing problems to several area codes I resorted to informing other users on the company forum to avoid this company and move to another service. After no response I threatened to refer my complaint to the Attorney General. I was then banned from the forum but was informed I could get a full refund of my annual fee by returning the equipment. I returned the equipment. VOIP.com then refunded three months of my fee and has since not replied to attempts to get the rest of the refund. As with the advice from another review, stay far away from this company. The three star rating is the default. If possible they would get no star at all.
