The only reason this company gets one star is because you can't go any lower than one. The service is cheap enough and when it works, it's great. When it does not work, customer service is non-existent. They might get around to your problem but it will be on their time. Recently, it took a month to answer my service question. The answer was, I had contacted the wrong "customer service agent" and I needed to contact someone else. There is not any information on the organizational structure or how to contact any one above who you are dealing with. Stay away from these folks. Far away!!
