Wow......Don't believe the rating the BBB gives these guys. They are not an honest dealership. They are the dealer that keeps on giving. We purchased a certified used car in 2006, a 2004 Expedition. Certified used, Carfax available. Well guess what somehow, some way they failed to tell us, even tho we asked, was the car in an accident? No sir it was not. Well guess what. Just went to trade in that 2004 and low and behold, Carfax says Vista had it bought from an auction after an accident. It was all there. Wow. So, ok, buyer beware. Guess what, I went home, found the paperwork, gosh, if the Vista window sticker does not say, certified used with there whole pledge behind what a certified car means. Somewhere we missed this when we bought it.
Oh well, shady outfit, I complained twice to theBBB after we bought it for DMV issues and an service issue that was written into the deal to fix but was not.
