We have an official complaint in at the BBB against Vericomm. In my thirty plus years of business, I have never met such an incompetent group in my life.
The "National Sales Mgr" (laughter) "manager" wrote notes about the exact machine and processing system that we wanted; got EVERYTHING wrong making numerous mistakes from the types of cards that we would accept to ordering gift cards rather than loyalty cards.
The office support team is even worse. We requested special programming so that you the customer could look up your acct w/ us by your phone # input. They tried 3 times to do this. First time they said that the machine was wrong (the one they recommended from day 1), then when the correct machine came, it came without the programming. Last attempt to work things out was when the rep said all was a go and the programming was complete.
Only one problem, I have a machine that does NOT retain any info entered with a phone number input.
I demanded a refund and they are refusing.
Keep this @#@! out of your biz!
