I was given such trouble when ordering tickets I am copying and pasting my email to them regarding my problem. I have emailed them back and forth and they still are refusing to give me any supervisor information.
I would like to speak to a SUPERVISOR regarding a problem I had with Brooke. I asked to speak to her supervisor or to be transferred to the supervisor voicemail and she refused. She also refused to give me a supervisors name. My problem did not begin with her, My creditcard company was stating that the transaction was processed and I was given an approval number. I love all access stated that it did not go through and that they needed to speak to the creditcard company on a three way call. American Express stated that they could not initiate the three way call or wait while I initiated the call. Brooke stated that she was also not going to wait while i initiated the three way phone call and that I must call her with them on the phone, just as they stated that they couldn't hold while I called her. i asked her what was I suppose to do considering neither company would wait for the other company to be called. Brooke stated that this wasn't her problem and I needed to figure it out with the creditcard company. I told her that all I wanted to do was go the concert and that I was a paying customer and I am just trying to figure out how to rectify this situation. She stated that I don't need to speak to a manager because she is a manager, and anyone else I spoke to would give me the same information, I told her that this was understood but I still would like to speak to a supervisor at I love all access, just as I had done with American Express. She also stated that maybe i should use another credit card that had enough to cover the transaction. At no time did I yell or disprespect her, as I also explained to her that I wasn't being rude and I couldn't understand her hostility. I again asked if I could speak to her manager she stated no. I asked for a name or a phone number or even to be transferred to a voicemail she again said she couldn't give me this information that all supervisors were busy and were not going to deal with this situation. In the end, she hung up on me. I don't understand why anyone would treat a customer this way. Again I have purchased 5 star all access tickets in the past and never had a problem. I have 6 girls that plan on purchasing these tickets when they go on sale for all card holders, and if this is the way that this company treats their customers, I am going to explain this problem and lack of professionalism with the girls, i am sure we can get other tickets. 8 of us purchased 5 star tickets for the last New kids concert.This was absolutely ridiculous, and i would like to speak to a SUPERVISOR regarding this.
