Big FRAUD! This must be the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They charge you $39.99 deposit fee to start and tell you that you can cancel anytime. When you want to cancel they convert the deposit to "connection fee" and tell you that there is a process to follow if you want to cancel. They overcharge your bill every single month, I am sure a lot of people don't even know that they are paying more. They don't have a manager and tell you that the name of the person in charge is "confidential". What a joke!
With so many complaints and poor ratings, how are they still in business??
Of course this is the short version of my story..
By the way, they also sell your information for other companies to call you.
