These people are liars!
They lie to you in your face. No respect for the needs that we have towards our vehicles. Whoever lives in Florida knows how important it is to have a car and how soon you need it fixed when it breaks.
They promised to have the car ready in 2-3 days (instead of being honest and saying that it would be longer) and they "fixed" it in over 2 weeks regardless our phone calls to check on the status.
The car broke down twice after that. When we first got the car back, the steering wheel didn't work properly.
We took it back after the second time it broke down and they said that there was nothing wrong. Seriously, who better than ourselves know when OUR car breaks? We drive it everyday and know it! Why would we go all the way back there if it runs fine?
They promised a discount and then gave us a run around because they had to pay a commission to the credit card company so after a loooong conversation, no discount! This is rude and make a costumer feel like a fool.
Just say to our faces that the car will take almost 3 weeks and the exact price. Don't make false promises. It all looks so nice and pretty but it's just looks. Find another mechanic!
