I spent weeks searching different sites trying to find the stair stepper I wanted. I didn't understand the difference ... especially in prices. I finally decided to call one vendor, USA Fitness Direct. (Lucky me.) I got a salesperson that asked me all the right questions. He obviously wanted me to get the stepper I wanted and knows the equipment very well. He even had me call the gym where I used a stepper that I liked to see what brand it was. He asked if when I stopped stepping, did the steps go all the way down. I said yes and he knew exactly the kind I wanted. All this and I was just ordering one piece of equipment! I got it - delivery guy was great - and I'm stepping away. I even got a follow up call to be sure I was happy. Could not be happier!!
