USA Fitness Direct, Inc. provided me with great customer service and prices... The rep I corresponded with (Don Nel) was very honest and fair. He provided me with some very good product information with an unbiased opinion. He was very friendly and very prompt in returning my calls and emails, unlike all of the other fitness equipment dealers I called. He gave an honest opinion about other dealers products, even if the other dealer's equipment had heavier framework... however, for what we purchased with them vs. the quality we got, their prices were unbeatable in almost every item. The rep was very knowledgeable in exercise and equipment. I highly recommend anyone to purchase fitness equipment for a commercial or home gym.
