Does not do as promised and keeps your money

Tri-Cities pretended it had financing at the interest rate we needed. Then it asked for a down payment with a promise of funding in 5 days. Instead, it took our money and asked for more information from you. Plus, it told us that if it did find financing, it might be at a higher rate than quoted. We are still fighting for our down payment to be returned. It has an office but the person you need to speak to is never there. There is only a receptionist. Be smart and check the better business bureau before any dealings with this company. I regret we did not do that.
I would give a negative rating if possible.
