Scam Artist & Liars

The company told me that the service I chose was not availabe & tried to sell a more expensive plan. I asked the rep if I could call him back to confirm the next day. He did not wail and charged my credit card and after doing so he called me back to say that the charge went through. I asked him to cancel the order because I didn't like the way the company did business. He called a second time to say that the billing dept. had trouble crediting my card. I am still fighting to get my refund!
