Thrifty was the absolute worst car company I have ever rented from the fees they charged from a 10.99 per day late fee to the tourism fee vehicle license fee, a faculty use fee, and a some other fee APCONRECFEE fee of %10.500 I was charge $98.00 additional fees I was not aware of until I returned the vehicle I felt like I had been robbed. Then I left my phone in the car and was unable to reach a representative in the location because there was no direct number to dial. When I contacted thrifty I was transferred around and around to voice mail after voicemail. never having my issue resolved.
