They are the Worst ! A confusing bunch of bozo's that take your money and paperwork and lose it over and over. Five months of avoiding my calls and concerns as I'm still getting calls from the lender. This place is a joke. All the people who first started with the Loan Modification program have left for the hills and Steve Feldman himself has no clue what is going on. When he speaks to you (Feldman) he thinks he has the right to cuss you out and belittle you for asking for a refund for them doing nothing. What they did was raise my payment $100.00 more, never included me on anything as to the talks with the lender, and left my principal balance $300,000 with a value of $109,000. They didn't do zip. You'll never get your money back because they are thieves. I lost $3500.00, hoping you never try these guys. The radio ads are BS. Don't call !!!
