I used Taylor Mortgage Lawyers for my negotiations with my lender, and have been very happy with the results. They have been helpful in getting all the paperwork completed, and ready for review. Sean was very helpful in telling me the advantages of their program, and Swazi has really guided me with the options. We were able to renegotiate our 1st Mortgage and our Line of Credit.
It would be great if the banks replied back earlier, but that is not in the attorneys hands. Both banks took their sweet time to get back to us with numbers, so be patient. These negotiations take some time, so don't think it is overnight. However, we ended up saving over $2K per month, so the wait was worth it.
I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing mortgage negotiations with their bank.
