We purchased our Odyssey at Sunset back in 2006 and had an enjoyable experience. Salesmen were not pushy and let us browse without interruption. I presented our salesman with an internet analysis of what we should expect to pay and he accepted it and the deal was done.
We live in a different city so we had been going to Santa Maria Honda for servicing. After one too many rip off’s we started going back to Sunset. I can’t say enough about their customer service. They have a nice child friendly waiting room with WiFi so waiting for your service to get completed is painless (lucky for us since we travel from Sana Maria).
