This business deserves its "F" rating. Its apartment managers are defensive and angry when faced with problems; never admit any wrongdoing; and treat tenants like they are pests when they raise complaints. Never been treated so rudely in my life!
They'll be great until you have your first issue (and with their properties, you will -- we had malfunctioning sprinklers, gas leaks and broken fire alarms just in the first few weeks), and then you are Public Nuisance #1.
Wish I would have looked at BBB before I signed my lease, but I was enticed by a "good deal," financially speaking. This is the worst company I have ever done business with, and I look forward to each day I am closer to getting out of this lease. Like I said, never have I been treated so rudely by an apartment manager or by upper management, simply for wanting things fixed the way they should be for health and safety.
Please don't make the same mistake I did, and stay away from this company -- don't just take my word for it; the multitude of negative reviews and complaints says it all.
