I located Starfire Direct from a Google search for fire glass. I called their number and was immediately put in touch with the sales representative in my area. He was at the airport but still made time to take my order. I had an email confirmation within the hour and I received my shipment the next day. In less than 24 hours from my first phone call, I was enjoying my fireplace with the fire glass they sold me.
