DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TRIAL!!!!
I heard a offer on the radio for a electronic cigarette free to try, for 9.99 shipping and handling..
The offer comes with 20 free cartridges...
and if you do not enjoy the product its simply a ship it back and nothing is charged policy.....
OR SO I THOUGHT!!!
3 days after calling I saw a charge on my card for 80$ !!!!
Basically what they do is tell you when you call that 9.99 is all you pay and answer all of your questions, once you decide to try they take your information.
HERE is the key....
They then ask to do what is called a voice ID, they quickly read off this very sneaky and very well written message outlining what you have talked about, except they add in that you will "love and enjoy them so much we will auto ship you a month supply on a month to month basis"
I then stopped him right there and asked when, he told me 30 days from now if you haven't canceled you will be charged. All you have to do is call when you receive the unit and cancel...
THEY CHARGED ME BEFORE I EVEN RECEIVED THE UNIT!!!!
It is absolutely APPALLING!!!!! that the BBB would even associate there name with this company.....I have lost some faith in the BBB since this incident which is why I am here to add my experience.
DOOOOO NOT PURCHASE OR ASSOCIATE WITH THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY AS THE ADVERTISE!!!!
