I bought some certificates from sales people they have running around for green fees at a local country club called Hidden Valley. When I went to go play they said "they gave smart circle authorization 5 years back" to run the promotion, but that had expired years ago. WHAT A FRAUD I think this is! When i call for a refund they tell you to send the certificate to Florida and then a company in Canada will refund the money in 30 days. Yeah right! Fool me once shame on them...fool me twice shame on me. I will be sueing them X 3 for obvious fraud!
