We placed an order on Feb 15 2011 and called the company because we could not track the order today is March 7th and we called and was told they would call me back to find out why our order was not shipped that was a week ago still no return call and order was still not shipped. Can not get through on phone line. If I have to wait that is fine I just want answers and this company is not very good at communicating.
