Really bad comments

I know this company for many years. They gave services at my mom’s house in North Hills. The last time they came for a visit they did a wrong installation on the furnace part. My mam was without heating for almost 3 days. It was very hard to make them come over and repair their mistakes. I can tell that with years of service with them, this company change completely, negatively. Their customer service is low, their charges are high and not acceptable at all but we didn’t have any choice but to continue with their service, to get the unit on. I recommend to shop around for other heating and ac services before committing to this company. That’s what I did.
