I called them about a low water pressure issue at my home.The tech showed up the same day I called and worked about an hour but could not find the water regulator valve and needed to bring another piece of gear to find the water line.He showed up the next day and found the water line and proceeded to dig to find the water regulator and after working about an hour digging informed me that I could dig up the regulator myself and call him when I found it.I found this kind of strange as I called the plumber so he would fix it, not me.
The guy worked about 4 hours total on the job to replace the house water regulator and I am now out 990.00 dollars.I called and asked the home office the next day what the hourly rate was and they said they dont have one,they do give a free estimate though! Unfortunately I got the estimate after the guy had already dug up the pipe so too late.I feel the rates they charge are unreasonably high,save youself some money steer clear of this company
