hello i went to rmr about 7 months ago i heard about them over the radio i own three house was was trying to get payment lower i wsnt late and thank god am still not late but dont get it twisted it was no thanks to rmr they failed at all they claimedthey could do 95%rate of approval they said explained that i wasnt late and didnt want to go late they said no problem so paid 1500 upfront and 2 payments of 500 in money orders after 3 months of not hearing from them started calling the hardly answered their phone s and after 5 months they said they could not help me because i wasnt late so they told me go late which i said no way jus refund mymoney wel now they claim thier systems went down and they dont know if i paid them or not funny right they needed proof well the 1500 i gave a chec the other payments wer money orders i dont hve copies so the 1000 is floating in no mans land i guess sent the copy of the check so they claim the owe me 1300 u know fees and all its 1/21/09and am still waiting on my money they hve every excuse in the book why i hvnt got my money so today i just looked them up on better business they hve a f rating i would not let this company modify my dog's house ur better of talking to ur bank really they ae a rip off to the tenth power dont believe me go ahead ry them lol i rated them 1 star because thats the lowest it goes
