I recently purchased a wheel and tire package for $1450. I had them put on my vehicle and was assured by Kevin that the wheels and tires were a great fit and would provide the best ride. When driving home, I quickly noticed that my vehicle was not preforming well. My car seemed very shaky and pulled towards that right upon accelerating. I thought it was something simple like a balancing or alignment issue. After taking it in to my local tire shop... finding that the front tires were improperly and unsafely placed on my vehicle. Apparently the lugs were not secure....if I were to brake abruptly or make any sharp turns, the tires could simply fall off. I then went to another tire place to get a second opinion. I immediately had my car taken back to Prestige (Big Brand Wheels). Kevin was not there. But the receptionist said that he would return within the next two to three hours. Consequently, Kevin did not return. I was informed that he knew exactly what the problem was and to bring it in the following morning to be repaired. I went in the following morning only to have nothing resolved. Since Kevin's solution did not resolve the problem, I asked for a refund. Kevin agreed and told me to come back on Monday. Kevin later phoned me stating that he talked to his partner and they would not be able to issue me a refund. Instead they would like to try yet another attempt to repair my car. Needless to say I am very frustrated and in disbelief as to why a company would place something on a vehicle that deems it unsafe. As a result, I no longer feel comfortable doing business with this company.
