We recently had our printers repaired on-sight which is always costly. It was 195.00 per printer plus parts. The problem with our repair order was that the parts prices were grossly inflated up to 10 times what they really cost. Example, a paper feed assembly for and HP 4250, which only cost 28.90 for orginal HP part, for which we were charge 297.00 plus the shipping and handling charges, albeit overnight FedEx, seemed outrageous. I will never use this company again. If someone choses to us them, they should know to ask the cost of parts upfront. When I called, the company said that they would be willing to match the parts prices we could get for parts but then they would need to charge an addition 3 hours (minimum) of labor, per printer, at roughly $169.00 per hours. All said and done...I guess we learned from experience to check the BBB rating of a company before using them. Had I done so and discovered their F rating, I would have never used them.
