Horrible Customer Service...
I ordered 4 Pillow Pets w/ Free Pee-Wee pet on 11/03/2011. Received conformation e-mail. Here it is 12/20/2011 and still have not received the Pillow Pets. I ordered them for Christmas Presents for my nephews. I just received a e-mail saying that they had shipped via Ground UPS after being told several times by Pillow Pets representatives that I would receive these by Christmas, yet UPS tracking says "Delivery Date 12/27/2011", this is not in time for Christmas Ontel, called the toll free customer service number and yet again told "We assure you that you will get this in time for Christmas"... HELLO ONTEL, UPS SAYS DEC 27TH DELIVERY, THIS IS NOT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS, I'M GOING TO HAVE SOME VERY DISAPOINTED KIDS CHRISTMAS MORNING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE, THEY LIE AND DO NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMER THEIR FIRST PRIORITY.... VERY UPSET OVER THIS. Ask to speak to a Supervisor and they are always in a meeting or out of the building or on the phone. I tried to cancel order and was told I can't, but I can return it when I get it if I'm not Happy with the items. I'm not Happy that I am not getting this in time for Christmas as PROMISED. Save yourself the trouble of ordering these items. Buy a Knock off or go to Wal-Mart and get one. Much less headache. And you get it in time for Christmas... Seeing as I can't give this company 0 stars I guess 1 star is the best I can do....
