Do not trust this company! I, like many others here, have believed the lies this company told me when I first went to them. I also payed upfront fees of $4,800. Money that could of went for my kids clothes, things my family need and bills.
They showed me some law that was written about banks who have recieved bail out money and have to comply with. But, they don't tell you the loop hole. You will find that out later when the banks aren't so cooperative.
They tell you that they will contact you every week to give status. That will never happen. When you do get a call, it is always from someone who has no knowledge of your case. So, any questions you have, will not be answered. They tell you somebody will call an answer them for you. But you will never receive that call. When I asked to speak with the person responsible for my loan, so I could confront him on what was said in the beginning and what was reality, he no longer worked there.
My bank says, they have no knowledge of negotiating with this group. I ended up doing the negotiations myself. The parman law group should be brought up on charges of fraud and misrepresentation. If anybody brings a case against them, let me know. I will be the first to sign up.
