An absolute nightmare. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Ever. Yes, "With a company". Any company. Ever. They lost two of my items during the move. The subcontracted company, "B. Viva", is also pathetic. But, Ori Van Lines? I don't know if they're criminally stupid or just criminals, but they have done NOTHING to find my sofa (THEY LOST A SOFA!) and my computer (a large desktop model packed in its original box). They've even accused ME of trying to scam THEM. The "office manager", named "Lindsey", is apparently the only one in charge. She is an absolute horror show. PLEASE, whatever you do, do NOT HIRE ORI VAN LINES! You have been warned! (I sure wish I'd investigated more...)
