Avoid Ori Van Lines, no matter how good they may sound when you called.
When I called for a quote, Tom told me shrink wraps and climbing stairs are all free. But while we were busy with moving, they gave us a contract that EVERY material cost and we signed it without noticing it. We told them to wrap washer/dryer/refrigerator with blankets, which are free. But they insisted on using boxes, and charged $260 for boxes used on the three items. The movers attempted to charge us another $300 for material like tapes, shrink wraps, and also for climbing stairs. Tom also cheated us that they count the moving time down to each minute accuracy. But the movers round the time to the next half an hour. Their customer service department manager Lindsey is very rude, and defended all their wrong doings.
