At OptumHealth Allies, we strive to provide excellent member service as well as great discounts. Members who are not satisfied may cancel at any time. Those who cancel within 30 days receive a full refund of membership fees. Because the reviewer enrolled in our program through a distributor rathen than directly with us, the refund process took longer than it should have -- one reason why we are no longer doing business with that distributor. We regret the delay. Also note that our discounts are GUARANTEED: If members do not get at least the minimum discount shown on our Web site, we will refund the difference.
