I have had some serious problems dealing with this company. First, their web site is set up in such a way that the buyer finds themselves with more mats than they may have wanted, overpriced and each at top shipping cost, with no way to confirm or cancel the order with the company. In other words, I suddenly found I had "ordered" three mats; I had only wanted two. They give a customer service number, but I have been unable to get anything but a busy signal (after at least five tries over 24 hours), and I am left wondering if it is legitimate. It is impossible to contact them by email, as far as I can see on the web site.
I have put my credit card on hold to keep this company from getting my money. Now I don't know how much inconvenience I may have to face in avoiding charges. I would emphatically discourage anyone from ordering anything from the Night Bright Mat company.
