Upon first glance, these guys seem to have some of the best deals available on diamonds and custom settings. The selection was great and so was the service - right up until I sent them payment. After they get cash in hand, this retailer becomes worse than useless. They had promised GIA certification with the ring I purchased from them for $6k - what I got instead was an "appraisal" from their own store stating the value of the ring. BIG difference. When I called to ask about the real cert, they put me on hold and eventually disconnected me. Long story short, I had to pay for my own cert - which came in a little lower than theirs. So, while I still got a pretty good deal, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I would willingly pay more from a different and better retailer.
