There is no reason for anyone other than an attorney to charge upfront fees for a loan modification. (By the way, it is illegal in Florida for National Loan Restructing to charge up front fees.) So, what do they do?
They simply prey on all of us who are in states that have not yet banned up front fees. These clowns send out fliers that look like official government mailings and then tell you that they have lawyers who handle everything.
Oh really, what is the Florida Bar registration number for their attorney/s? Don't ask them that because you will just embarass them. After all, they are nothing more than another scummy little Florida scam.
Stay away from these fraudsters!
