I am writing this to inform all of those who are struggling with a foreclosure to contact this team of folks for help. At first I was skeptical because of all those "shady" debt consolidation companies out there but these people are legitimate. I went through an ugly divorce just over two years ago at which time I had to refinance my home with a 2 year ARM which re-adjusted October 1st. My payment went up $210.00 per month. I worked with Deanna Renault and Elizabeth Balce and, although I had to pay a fee, it was a very positive experience. The fee was well worth the outcome. I was in foreclosure with a sale date of November 14, 2007 and would have had to pay over $9,000 to catch it up dealing directly with the Mortgage Company themselves. When they were done, I had no out of pocket fees (other than their fee for helping me get this cleared up) and my mortgage company modified my mortgage to a fixed rate mortgage and with no money down. These ladies are awesome at what they do and are very thorough. They are there to help you and I can honestly say, "They've got your best interests in mind". They took care of all the necessary steps all the way down to contacting the law firm controlling the sale date to let them know they're out of luck! I'd give them each a hug if I were close enough.
