This company is a very poor excuse for a collection agency. They use intimidating/misleading tactics and state they are "lawyers" whom will send you a subpoena and collect wage garnishments and deplete your bank account with all of these outrageous charges if you do not pay debt in full ASAP. The agent that called me was rude and inconsistent. She was unable to answer any of my questions, she only demanded payment and suggested I lie to my family and advise them I was short on rent, collect money and give directly to her?
If you have any common sense, please do not give these people your money as their claims are fictitious. She even went on to state she is also a single mother and she knows how hard it is.....I'm neither single or a mother? Try again!
