I had a very unfortunate dealing with the owner of the company. I came in to discuss floral arrangements for my upcoming wedding. 3 months prior to my scheduled wedding, I notified Monti in writing that the wedding had been cancelled and that I wanted my $250 deposit returned as it was used solely to hold her services for my wedding date. There was no contract and I was never told that the deposit was non-refundable. I have tried for 3 1/2 years to have my deposit money returned to no avail. Unfortunately, I am going to have to take her to small claims court.
