All i can say is these guys seemed very nice at first. Once rent is due they hound you with 5 calls a day. I own a business and can only make it down on weekends but i receive over 40 calls within 3 days regarding the rent of storage even after i told them i would be down on the weekend.
Best i can do is 3 stars because the facilities are nice and they seem to be professional but there people skills and ability to understand a situation needs major improvement.
