Wow, we were scared when GMAC would not help us modify our mortgage - even though we had been with them for 20+ years. After 3 tries with GMAC, I rec'd a message in the mail about Metropolitan Law Group, and I called. I was so lucky to get Shelby on the phone - she walked me through what their law team could do and could not do for us - the pros and cons... we appreciated the honesty, hence, we spoke with Lawyer Samson, and he answered our questions. They have been helping home owners for over 28 years - and we felt it was worth a try to hire a law team to "make" GMAC work with us - and they did such a fabulous job, up front, with collecting the docs needed and then they presented to GMAC. Within 2 weeks, GMAC bent to the ground and kissed our feet. Thank you MLG for your professional handling of this mortgage. We are now set up with GMAC on a much better, workable mortgage so we now can afford to eat lunch and dinner. Thank you so much MLG for the hand holding and assurances. They really established our faith in hiring a law firm with a qualified and professional team.
