We recently spent over nine thousand dollars on bedroom furniture and mattress. We were told 14 days for special order. When delivered we only got half of a dual cal king adjustable bed. We received a temp mattress the next day and waited another week for the two pieces to be delivered. When they were delivered they were used, filthy, disgusting. We refused delivery and kept the temporary. Today, eight days later, the correct two pieces were delivered by non-employees driving a pickup truck. They had no idea how to set up the electronics part of the bed and refused to take the temporary. During the past 31 days we have spent hours on the phone trying desperately to resolve all of the issues and no one is interested, at all. I cannot get a contact for upper management, the highest level person we have been able to speak to is an assistant store manager who is very cavalier about our situation. I would not recommend shopping at this company.
