I have stored wine here for four years. I am moving it to a different storage location ASAP. I do not trust the employees here. I just learned that the invoice I paid for was for a year long lease where the money I pay is not prorated back to me shoud I leave. My family has over 4 wine storage lockers that we rent. Some are month to month. If this company wants to not prorate its year long lease then special mention should be made when sending out the invoice. After calling and talking to them in person they made every indication that they were more interested in the quick money now instead of good longtime customers and reputation.
